We design, build and supply unmanned aircraft systems and their subsystems — heavy-lift cargo and delivery platforms, payload integration, and navigation and avionics hardware — for institutional, research and commercial operators in India.

What we do

Four lines

Design & integration

Multirotor configurations taken from a stated requirement to a flying aircraft: mass, thrust and energy budgets; propulsion and battery sizing; autopilot, GNSS, telemetry and command-link integration; harnessing, bench test and tethered test.

Cargo & delivery

Heavy-lift multirotors in the 25 kg all-up-weight class built around a quick-release cargo module, including bespoke insulated bays for temperature-sensitive medical loads. Payload capability is stated against a mass budget, not a brochure figure.

Payload & sensors

Gimbal camera, survey and mapping payload integration with RTK-referenced logging. Where a flight-control architecture is closed, payload sensing is carried as an independent installation with its own data path, so results stay traceable.

Equipment supply

Airframes, propulsion sets, autopilots, RTK GNSS, ground control units, batteries and charging. For public buyers we prepare master equipment lists, GeM and tender documentation, and costed configurations with exclusions written down.

A reference build

Every configuration we quote is backed by a mass budget. This is the indicative shape of a 25 kg-class cargo build; selection follows the requirement.

Structure-limited, not power-limited

We size installed static thrust to roughly two to three times the rated all-up weight. The aircraft runs out of airframe long before it runs out of motor, which is where the margin for a useful cargo load comes from — and why the payload figure holds up on a hot day at altitude.

Why 25 kg is the line

Above 25 kg all-up weight an aircraft moves from the DGCA Small category to Medium, and the operational, licensing and insurance overhead rises with it. Holding the design at or below the line is a commercial decision as much as an engineering one.

Indicative, not a quotation

Ranges above are for orientation. Endurance, altitude and payload trade directly against one another, so the numbers close only once the requirement is fixed. Named components and rates appear in the equipment list we issue against your specification.

How we work

Five stages. Nothing moves to the next one until the previous one is written down.

Requirement

Payload mass, endurance, range, operating altitude and environment — captured as numbers before any hardware is named.

Configuration

Mass, thrust and energy budgets closed against components that are actually available, with the trade-offs stated.

Equipment list

An itemised master equipment list with indicative rates, GST treatment, exclusions and assumptions on the face of the document.

Build & test

Assembly, harnessing, bench test and tethered test, with as-built documentation and the spares kit defined at handover.

Support

Handover, operator familiarisation and continuity of supply for propellers, packs and consumables through the life of the aircraft.

Two things we put in writing

Any build

What you are actually buying

A DGCA type-certified aircraft and a parts-built development airframe are different purchases with different consequences. Registration and issue of a unique identification number follow type certification; a parts-built configuration is supplied for development, integration and tethered testing.

We state which of the two a quotation covers, in writing, before a purchase order is raised.

How the tax lands

Goods and services tax is charged at 18% on components. The concessional 5% rate applies only to the sale of a complete unmanned aircraft system and is not available on a parts-built assembly.

Prices we quote are ex-works Hosur and exclude freight, insurance, assembly labour and integration testing unless the quotation says otherwise.

Burkitshi the eagle hunter

On the Kazakh steppe, a burkitshi carries a golden eagle on the glove and flies it from horseback. The bird leaves the hand, works ground the rider will never cross, and comes back.

It is the oldest working version of what an unmanned aircraft does, and it is where the company took its name and its mark.
